This page explains what we collect when you use Local Facts (getlocalfacts@gmail.com) and our free gap snapshot form.

What we collect

Information you type into the snapshot form (business name, email, optional Maps link, optional trade)
Emails you send us at getlocalfacts@gmail.com
Basic technical info your browser or our form tool may send (such as approximate time of submit)

How we use it

We use this to reply to you, run a public look at your Google listing when you ask, and deliver Local Visibility Cleanup work if you hire us. We do not sell your information.

FormSubmit (third party)

Our snapshot form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, FormSubmit processes the fields and emails them to getlocalfacts@gmail.com. Their handling of form data is also governed by FormSubmit’s own terms and privacy policy.

Replies

We reply from getlocalfacts@gmail.com. Draft replies may be prepared with our tools, but we do not auto-send outreach or paid offers without a human check.
